John 1:14-16

¹⁴ The Word became flesh and dwelled^[a] among us. We have seen his glory, the glory he has as the only-begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

¹⁵ John testified about him. He cried out, “This was the one I spoke about when I said, ‘The one coming after me outranks me because he existed before me.’” ¹⁶ For^[b] out of his fullness we have all received grace upon grace.
